BEN RIVAS / Owner
Ben founded Rivas Concrete Inc. in 2005 after gaining his experience while working for high profile concrete companies in the Bay Area. Finding his passion for construction and concrete’s capabilities turned into and art form. That art can be seen in the results of the projects he has been a part of. His ability to work with home owners, business owners, engineers and architects has garnered him a reputation for not only getting the job done, but exceeding expectations. His attention to detail is seen in every phase of work completed by him and his team.
When not overseeing projects in the field you can find Ben spending time with his family and friends, traveling or enjoying a good soccer match.
WILSON RIVAS / VP/Project Manager
Wilson brings over ten years of construction project management to the Rivas team. He specializes in assuring work flow is efficient and schedules are met. His attention to detail and quality control ensures a great outcome. His ability to share in a client’s vision has helped build not only a happy clientele but a reputation that Rivas Concrete stands for.
In his personal time you can find Wilson spending time with family and relaxing with his dogs Cisco and Daphnie.
DASHI RIVAS / Office Manager
Dashi makes sure the “off the field” work is handled and running as smooth as polished concrete. As an integral part of the team, she ensures planning and proper bookkeeping while being a key player in the companies written and verbal communication. Dashi received a B.A. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis.
Outside the office, Dashi likes to spend time with family, being outdoors and watching movies from the latest releases to the classics.
